Over the past 3 months, I had sex only once, but that was enough to get bacterial vaginosis. Since then I haven't had sex but had a disgusting constant discharge and bad smell, I felt so lost and hopeless. My gynecologist told me to use Flagyl, I have been taking this medicine for five days and I feel sick. But I immediately noticed how effective it is. My body is working hard to fight infection. I decided to just try to relax and not worry about trifles.

I had giardiasis and felt terribly depressed. Abdominal pain is far from the worst symptom I've had. Doctor prescribed Flagyl 500 mg twice a day for one week. My side effects (drowsiness and headaches) are not that bad compared to intestinal upset.

I have been prescribed to take 200 mg 3 times a day for 10 days, and it's now the 6th day of treatment. This is the best medicine I have ever taken in my life. My nasty infection is in a downward phase, the pills didn't make me feel bad at all.

After three days of taking Flagyl, urethritis was reduced by nearly 95 %. Everything else, including joint pain and loss of appetite, persists, but it's worth it for the burning sensation during urinating to disappear.
